Installation

Requirements

• Minecraft server: Paper, Purpur, or Folia 1.20.4+
• Java: 21 or newer

Optional dependencies

• PlaceholderAPI — placeholders in hologram lines and for other plugins

Installation steps

1. Download the latest rexgraves-x.x.x.jar from Modrinth or GitHub Releases.
2. Place the .jar in your server’s plugins/ folder.
3. Restart the server (restart is recommended over /reload).
4. Edit plugins/RexGraves/config.yml.
5. Run /rexgraves reload to apply changes.

First steps

After install, RexGraves will:

• Create a grave on death (if the player has items or XP to store)
• Show a player-head marker and hologram at the death location
• Persist graves with YAML storage by default
• Register /rexgraves (aliases: /rxg, /grave, /graves)
